Fraser Holiday House comprises of four beautifuly appointed bedrooms: One master bedroom with ensuite and a queen size bed, second bedroom contains a queen size bed, a double bed is provided in the third bedroom and two single beds are in the fourth bedroom. The house can accomodate up to ten guests.

Three spacious lounge areas are equipped with luxurious modern furniture, this includes a seperate children's play area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and all essential cutlery, tea and coffee making facilities and a rice cooker. Xmas Season 1/12-31/01 and Easter Break $1800 per week, $300 per night (min 3 nights stay)
01/05-30/09 $800 per week, $150 per week night( min 2 nights stay), $400 per Weekend (Friday & Sat nights or Sat and Sunday nights)
Other times: $900 per week, $150 per week night( min 2 nights stay) , $500 per weekend (Friday & Sat nights or Sat and Sunday nights)
